Why Fiddlesticks Is Worth It
With just 585 homes sharing 36 holes of championship golf, Fiddlesticks has one of the lowest member-to-hole ratios of any private club in Southwest Florida. What does that mean for you? You can actually get a tee time. No waitlists, no lottery systems, no 5 AM wake-up calls to book a round. When you want to play, you play — even during peak season.
When you compare the cost of a private golf membership at a standalone club — which can easily run $50,000 to $150,000 for golf alone — Fiddlesticks bundles everything into one membership. Two Ron Garl championship courses, a full racquet sports complex, a 5,500 sq ft fitness center, resort pool, five dining venues, 24-hour gated security, and an active social calendar.
Fiddlesticks has never flooded — including during Hurricane Ian in 2022 — thanks to its FEMA Zone X designation. That can mean meaningful savings on flood insurance compared to many other Southwest Florida communities.
Most importantly, you are buying into a tight-knit community of 585 homes on 620 acres, with neighbors who look out for each other and a social calendar that keeps life interesting year-round.
