Glen Abbey is 52 residences: 20 attached villas and 32 single-family homes built by Beazer. It is a fit if you want a neighborhood pool, spa, and clubhouse, and you are choosing between a villa and a detached home.

The villas are 3-bedroom en-suite plans with two-car garages and vaulted ceilings, in single-story, second-floor, and two-story layouts. The Beazer homes have 12-foot ceilings, oversized two-car garages, and open floor plans.

Living in Glen Abbey

Glen Abbey has its own pool, spa, and neighborhood clubhouse, plus the main cabana pool. Club dues are $2,327 per month. The food-and-beverage minimum is $1,600 per year. The community is FEMA Flood Zone X and has never flooded, including during Hurricane Ian in 2022.

Glen Abbey compared with other neighborhoods

Glen Abbey has water-view villas or Beazer single-family homes, plus a neighborhood pool and clubhouse. Carriedale is a villa closer to the main clubhouse. Berridale is 11 villas with no neighborhood pool.

Condos are in other neighborhoods — Highlands and Carriedale Gardens. Larger-lot detached homes are in St. Andrews and The Enclave.

The estate-home subdivision has most of the community’s 377 single-family homes outside the named pockets.
