Yes. All property owners must hold an equity membership in Fiddlesticks Country Club. The one-time joining fee is $115,000, paid at closing. This provides full access to all club amenities including both golf courses, tennis, pickleball, fitness, pool, dining, and social events.
Monthly club dues are $2,327/mo and cover all amenity access including golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness, pool, 24-hour roving security, common area maintenance, and Xfinity high-speed internet. Some subdivisions have additional monthly HOA dues that vary by neighborhood.

Fiddlesticks is located off Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, FL 33912, west of I-75. It’s conveniently close to RSW Airport (15 minutes), Gulf beaches (25 minutes), Downtown Fort Myers, and major shopping and dining.
The Daniels Parkway corridor has excellent dining, shopping (Bell Tower Shops, Coconut Point), healthcare (Lee Health), and easy I-75 access. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are about 25–30 minutes away. The area has seen significant growth while maintaining a relaxed Southwest Florida feel.
Yes. A significant portion of Fiddlesticks residents are seasonal, typically spending October/November through April/May in residence. The club’s season runs roughly November through April with the most active social calendar during those months.
Yes. The Horvath Team offers complimentary home watch for our clients. We check on your home regularly while you’re away — inspecting for leaks, storm damage, A/C issues, and general security. It’s part of being neighbors.
Fiddlesticks is located in a relatively favorable flood zone, but requirements vary by property and lender. Most homes are not in a high-risk flood zone. Your insurance agent can provide specific guidance based on the property you’re considering.
