Briarcliff Rd entrance — members only with transponder. Note: Many GPS apps and delivery drivers mistakenly route to this gate. Alert your guests and vendors to use the Fiddlesticks Blvd main entrance.

Call the gate to add visitors to the daily list, or set up a permanent guest list for frequent visitors, housekeepers, and family.

All contractors and service providers must enter through the main gate and be on the approved list. Provide the gate with the company name, vehicle description, and expected arrival time.

Florida Power & Light (FPL) — (800) 468-8243 — fpl.com. Service transfer or new account setup typically takes 1–2 business days.

Lee County Utilities — (239) 533-8845 — leegov.com/utilities. Bring your closing documents and photo ID to set up service.

Xfinity (Comcast) is the community provider. The Fiddlesticks bulk package includes Gigabit Internet (up to 1100 Mbps), Popular TV with HD and Cloud DVR, and unlimited nationwide calling. Lee County Solid Waste. Collection is once per week — place cans curbside by 6:30 AM on Wednesday.

Collected weekly on Wednesday. Cut branches to 6 ft max, bundle and tie. Use reusable cans for leaves — no plastic bags.

June 1 – November 30. Southwest Florida is particularly active August through October. Take preparation seriously.

Fiddlesticks is in Evacuation Zone C. Zone A is most vulnerable and evacuates first; Zone C is typically called in major hurricanes. Verify your zone at leegov.com/publicsafety/emergencymanagement/knowyourzone.

No HOA restrictions on shutter types or generators. Many homeowners install accordion shutters, roll-downs, or impact-resistant windows. Have a plan before June.

Portable or whole-home generators are common and unrestricted. Always run generators outdoors, away from windows. Consider a transfer switch installed by a licensed electrician.

Do not drive through standing water. Report downed power lines to FPL at (800) 468-8243. Check on neighbors, especially those living alone.

All Fiddlesticks residents pay a master association assessment that covers security, common area maintenance, landscaping of community areas, and road maintenance within the gates.

Request the HOA welcome packet from your management company. It contains architectural guidelines, parking rules, pet policies, and assessment schedules.

All property owners at Fiddlesticks are members of the club. Your membership activates at closing. Contact the club office at (239) 768-1111 to set up your member account and dining minimums.

Two championship 18-hole courses — The Long Mean and The Loch Ness. Book tee times through the Pro Shop at (239) 768-1111 or the club's online system.

If you leave your home unoccupied for weeks or months, consider a professional home watch service. We can connect you with trusted local providers who check your property regularly.

Set your thermostat no higher than 78°F when away to prevent mold and humidity damage. Never turn off A/C completely in Florida — moisture buildup can cause serious damage.

Consider shutting off your main water supply when away for extended periods to prevent flooding from burst pipes or failed appliances. Your home watch service can manage this.

Set up USPS mail forwarding at usps.com or ask your home watch provider to collect mail. Packages left at the door signal an empty home.

If you leave before November 30, ensure shutters are accessible, important documents are secured, and your home watch provider has your contact info and a key.

Update your permanent guest list at the gate before you leave. Ensure your home watch provider, lawn service, and any contractors are listed.
