St. Andrews is 25 Mediterranean-inspired single-family homes — stucco, terracotta roofs, arched entryways. It is a fit if you want a detached home with a defined look, lake-to-golf views, and a golf-cart bridge to the clubhouse.

Homes sit on lots with oak canopy. Views run along the 8th, 9th, 17th, and 18th holes of the Long Mean. Many have private pools and outdoor kitchens. This is single-family, not villa or condo.

Living in St. Andrews

The zero-lot-line HOA handles exterior landscaping. Additional HOA dues are $2,393 per quarter — Hayden & Associates, (239) 489-4890. Club dues are $2,327 per month. The food-and-beverage minimum is $1,600 per year. Residents use the main cabana pool.

A golf-cart and walking bridge connects St. Andrews to the clubhouse. The Enclave uses that same bridge through St. Andrews. The $115,000 joining fee and $2,000 transaction fee are due at closing. $1 equity is refundable on a future sale. Golf is included in the dues.

The community is gated, FEMA Flood Zone X, and has never flooded, including during Hurricane Ian in 2022.
