Carriedale is 24 attached villas next to Carriedale Gardens, a short walk from the clubhouse and cabana. It is a fit if you want a villa with a two-car garage and a neighborhood pool.

Living in Carriedale

Residents use the Carriedale pool and the main cabana pool. Club dues are $2,327 per month. The food-and-beverage minimum is $1,600 per year. The additional Carriedale HOA is $2,500 per quarter — Suitor & Associates, (239) 437-0340.

The $115,000 joining fee and $2,000 transaction fee are due at closing. Membership is mandatory. $1 equity is refundable on a future sale. Golf is included in the dues.

The community is FEMA Flood Zone X and has never flooded, including during Hurricane Ian in 2022.
