The community is off Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, FEMA Flood Zone X, with staffed front and back gates.

Carriedale Gardens is a garden condo next to the Carriedale pool and a short walk to the clubhouse. The other condo neighborhood is Highlands — 46 condos, $650 monthly HOA, Loch Ness views.

Carriedale next door is 24 villas with two-car garages and a $2,500 quarterly HOA. Berridale is the smaller villa pocket — 11 units, no neighborhood pool.
